ECG Recordings. You can choose to get an ECG recording from your device anytime. Your ECG recordings depend on many things related to your health and what you do. BioBT and the Clinician Review Service providers can't promise that your data will always be accurate or have a clear medical meaning. Remember, your doctor might have a different opinion about what your data means. If you use the Clinician Review Service, we'll share your information with them only if you say it's okay through the BioBT Service.

Changes to these Terms. We might change these Terms in the future whenever we think it's needed. Please keep an eye on these Terms from time to time for any updates. If a change significantly affects what you can or can't do ("Important Changes"), we'll email you at the email address you provided. Important Changes will only apply if you agree to them. Minor changes will apply as soon as we post them. If there's a disagreement about these Terms, we'll follow the version of the Terms that was in place when the disagreement started. If you don't agree with a change to these Terms, your only option is to close your account. You can't make changes to these Terms yourself.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Generally, to solve disputes between you and Biobt in the quickest and most cost-effective way possible, we agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration, unless you are a consumer in a place where arbitration for dispute resolution is not allowed.

Arbitration is less formal than going to court. It involves a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may involve less investigation than a court case, and can have limited review by courts. Arbitrators can give the same compensation and relief as a court can. This agreement to use arbitration includes all claims related to these Terms, whether they are about contracts, wrongdoings, laws, fraud, lies, or any other legal issue, and whether they arise during or after these Terms end. By agreeing to these Terms, you understand and accept that you and BioBT are giving up the right to a trial by jury or to join in a class action lawsuit, to the maximum extent allowed by the law. BioBT Pvt Ltd Judication of Law is Mohali Civil Court or High Court Punjab and Haryana High Court.
