Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (India): Standard shipping is available across India. Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing, ranging from 20-35 business days.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Partners
We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delivery and India Post for our shipping needs. The choice of carrier will depend on your location and shipping preference.
Custom and Import Duties (For International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- BioBT® Innovations is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Restrictions

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Damage or Lost Packages
- In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Liability of the damages will be bear by shipping company.
