Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Exchange Policy We offer exchanges only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect. If you find any defect in the product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. The defective item must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
  2. Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. Refund Policy If a cancellation is successfully processed, the refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received at our office in its original condition.
